To respect the time and commitment of both clients and the stylist, please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 5 days before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Cancellations made within 5 days of your appointment are non-refundable, as your time slot has been exclusively reserved for you.
Rescheduling:

You may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
No-Shows:

Failure to attend your session without notice will result in the forfeiture of your session fee.
Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to fit within the scheduled time.
