Cancellation Policy

At Ateliers Prestige, each  session is carefully prepared to ensure you receive a personalised and high-quality experience.


To respect the time and commitment of both clients and the stylist, please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of your appointment are non-refundable, as your time slot has been exclusively reserved for you.

 

Rescheduling:

  • You may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be treated as a cancellation.

 

No-Shows:

  • Failure to attend your session without notice will result in the forfeiture of your session fee.

 

Late Arrivals:

  • Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to fit within the scheduled time.

 

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes when possible.
